Big
Band music had its heyday in the thirties and forties, but it is alive and
well today as presented by June Kelley-Roy and the Ovation Orchestra. The
band not only plays the tried and true standards, but adds various selections
from today's popular music. Many of the members have played with name bands,
so top notch musicianship is the hallmark of this organization. The exciting
and talented June Kelley-Roy provides superlative vocals to compliment the
dynamic presentation of this group. |
